But here's the truth: you are not to blame. You are not weak or flawed. You are a victim of manipulation, and that's not something to be ashamed of.

To those who have been enslaved by narcissists, I want you to know that **you are loved**. You are worthy of love, care, and respect. Your feelings are valid, and your experiences are real.

It's time to break free from the cycle of abuse. It's time to recognize the signs of manipulation and to take back control of your life. You deserve to live a life that's authentic, meaningful, and free from the toxic influence of narcissists.
